The Greenleaf Art Center is accepted into 2009 CDBG Facade Rebate Program

The Greenleaf Art Center is working with the Department of Community Development for the City of Chicago within the guidelines of the Funded Facade Rebate Program. The work to be done on the front of the art center building will be a face lift, making the old warehouse look more inviting and more like the creative art space it actually is. Architectural drawings are the work of Greene & Proppe Design, Inc. The city's rebate program will be in the form of a rebate for $10,000 toward the completion of the project.
